The University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine has a group of 3rd and 4th year students completeing their clinical training in Austin. We are working on expanding a free, student-run clinic for Austin's underserved communities. Our clinic runs every 2 weeks on Sundays from 2-5 pm at the Trinity Center (inside St. David's Episcopal Church on 7th and Trinity).
We need your help to expand our clinic. This opportunity is of interest to a wide range of students as we need help with clinical duties such as medical screenings, fundraising, advertising, community outreach, web design, research, etc. We want this to be a hands-on opportunity that allows for leadership roles.
